One of the challenges for couples getting married at a destination location is that most of the wedding services available are completely cookie-cutter and totally unoriginal. The vendors are mostly preselected and the decor plan is simply recycled from one wedding to the next. Blah :(

Not. with. us. We don’t do weddings-in-a-box, we do weddings-from-scratch.

We really spend the time up front getting to know our clients and asking critical questions to understand what they want and what they value. We don’t even consider what worked for our last client - we start fresh with you.

For instance, we put more attention into which vendor is actually a match for you, your personality and your tastes; we don’t rely on the same vendors for every client.

In the end, you’ll wind up with a wedding that is a true reflection of your style, your story and the experience you really want to create during your wedding weekend.

2. WE MAKE IT SMOOTH

During your entire wedding weekend, everything will just...flow. Even though we will be working hard behind the scenes, for you it will just feel effortless and relaxing.

We’re so on top of our game, setting everything up right from the beginning, that vendors and venues pretty much pray that we’ll be the coordinating team for every wedding (seriously, just ask them) because it’s far less stressful for them when we are involved.

Plus, we work so well with others and treat them with respect, so they are happy for us to be there and that will come through in the way they take care of you and your guests as well. It makes the whole process very enjoyable for everyone involved.

One of the greatest benefits of having a multi-person team behind you is that you know you’ll always be supported. One of us will always be available to assist you or respond to your questions.

GABY, FOUNDER & CEO

As the founder, my mission is to give our couples a boutique service that focuses on high quality experiences. My role is to support my team in executing that mission.

I’m a little obsessed with organization, hopelessly in love with great design and committed to connecting you with your perfect fit of venues and vendors in Cabo. I drive the direction of our company from a high level, ensuring that your team of planners have the resources, relationships and ongoing skill refinement necessary to champion your wedding vision and bring it to life!

I’m the visionary behind the scenes that equips your rock star event team with everything they need to help you host a remarkable destination wedding experience.

I am laid back and love to have fun! Here are a few fun things to know about me:

  • I am a first-class food lover - I enjoy everything that has to do with food. I regularly crave seafood and tacos… but, then again, who doesn’t crave tacos?

  • I am an animal lover and dote on my dogs like they’re my kids

  • I love being on the beach - it’s not something I just like, it’s something I need

  • If you find me on the beach (you will), I’ll be playing Sudoku or reading a book and drinking tequila

  • Travel is just part of my DNA, even if it’s only a 2 hour trip from where I live. I like to discover new places, try the local cuisine, explore the local market, visit museums and check out the vibe at a local bar.

Rocio, office MANAGER

I’m task-oriented person, so keeping everything organized and well done immediately makes me happy. You will probably see me in some events as part of the team, but mostly I’m behind the scenes. I love being part of every single step of your wedding, while being in touch with the vendors involved. I’m a really quiet person and like to be focused in every task that needs to be accomplished.

Here are a few personal things about me:

  •  I enjoy hanging out with my family, sharing a good laugh with funny anecdotes and experiences

    • Whenever possible, I enjoy driving random roads and discovering new places, trying their food (I’m a food lover specially desserts!)

    • Every time I have the chance, I bake healthy desserts and meals and the best part is when I get to share them with my family and friends

    • I love swimming, I really enjoy being in a swimming pool, training and reaching my personal goals.

    • Part of my day-to-day is working out, I found out I have my own private gym at home, lol!

cristy, senior WEDDING PLANNER & event stylist

You can count on me to be your celebration consultant from start to finish. I’ll help you define your wedding vision and ensure it is delivered with diligence.

My passion for organizing events can be traced all the way back to my childhood. Ever since I was little, if there was a party being planned... I was there! I just love celebrating life! Being a part of our couples' most special day is truly a gift.

Obsessed with timelines and to-do lists because I love organization, but what I truly enjoy the most is exploring my creative side. There is no better feeling than designing an event and seeing how everything comes together on the big day. It makes my soul very happy.

Here are a few fun facts about me:

  • I am from the Canary Islands in Spain, so the beach and the ocean are part of who I am.

  • On my days off you can find me at the beach until sunset!

  • I have three main hobbies; cooking and preparing evenings for my loved ones. Yoga to disconnect from day to day. Creating interior design boards on Pinterest like crazy!

  • A mania: My inbox has to be always empty!

  • Traveling is an amazing teacher! Visiting the local market wherever I go, is a must.

  • I am a plant lover and a proud mother of the best chihuahua dog, Chía.

CYNTHIA, SENIOR Wedding Planner & event stylist

I will help you bring your wedding vision to life! Let me know what your dream wedding looks like and I will put it together in an organized way to make your wedding style about you in a unique way. In case you wonder, I will do so by giving you visuals!

I'm great with layouts, and I would love to show you what the setup will look like, which will help with the flow of all the events. It makes me happy to know everything was the way you had in mind! I love to make it fun and easy for you, so you can remember that your planning process was as much fun as the celebration.

As an architect, I can visually build your plan in an effortless way for you and all the staff involved in your memorable day.

Fun things:

  • Love outdoors adventures! Skydive, bungee jumping, hiking, camping, yoga on a surf paddling board, you name it, I love to be in touch with nature.

  • Talking about nature, if you see a hill in Cabo, I most likely already climbed it!

  • I'm a runner; it's always a great experience to clear your mind with a good run.

  • When I'm resting at home or on the beach, you will see me reading a book with a cup of tea even though we have really few rainy days to have a lovely hot tea, haha!

  • And, mainly, I'm a hugger!

SANDRA, SENIOR Wedding Planner & event stylist

Materializing dreams is a difficult challenge but easy to do when you have help, that's what I'm here for. I am a very loyal and organized person who loves being able to create and bring your wedding visions to life!

My passion lies in creating a memorable day for my clients, a day in which they only remember how magical and special they felt with each other. I always seek to explore and understand each couple's vision, to understand who they are and what they want and make sure to make it happen.

A little about me:

  • I’m a city girl who left everything to achieve my dream of living on the beach

  • Love the beach but can't swim lol

  • I love to cook, from noodles to cakes, it's part of my self love routine

  • I recently found a new love for craft beer and embroidery, but I try not to do them at the same time

  • My favorites movies are: Persepolis, The Fifth Element and Bee Movie.

CARMEN, SENIOR Wedding Planner & event stylist

I will guide you through a smooth and enjoyable process while planning your celebration. My mission is for you to have your dreams come to life while making it fun.

I have been a planner all of my life. Ever since I was a kid, I was in charge of birthday parties, vacations and even part of any school events. Even though I do this for a living, I still love planning vacations with my friends and family. I really enjoy the process from start to finish. From figuring out your vision, suggesting how we can make it come through, getting to know you and your stories until we can see the result of working for your dreams. There is nothing like the feeling of the final result.

Even though I am a very number-oriented planner, I love playing with colors, shapes and possibilities. I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology so listening to my clients is my #1 priority. It’s your celebration and my job is to make it come to life. I can’t wait to start this amazing process with you!

A little about me:

  • I am from Mazatlán, a 45min flight from Los Cabos. The beach is a must in my life!

  • I love my family and friends, I try to be with them as much as I can. I believe people are what makes life interesting.

  • Traveling is extremely important to me as well. Learning about different cultures and experiencing life through another country wows me every time.

  • I love coffee and chocolate, an Aperol Spritz during the weekends is a must.

  • I am mom to a very energetic and fluffy cat, Vicente.
