Wedding Planning
Wedding planning we will assist in every aspects of your wedding, researching,
setting up meetings, booking, and keeping vendor payments on track. Also
important are details of the wedding such as attire, invitations, centerpieces,
and reception necessities. We will also handle the Bachelor and Bachlorette
party. Your consultant will remember all those 'little things' that add
up, so you can be stress-free right up to your wedding. On your special
day, our consultant will be with you to make sure everything runs smoothly,
timely, and exceptionally well. You will have your own binder created
to track the decisions, payments, and vendor contact information. Based
on the involvement you wish us to have in your planning and on your actual
day, we will calculate a fee personal to you.
Coming To the UK Packages
Handling the clients accommodation, Transportation, Entertainment and
sightseeing for private clients, whilst for our corporate clients Vivid
Occasions Limited will handle their client entertainment for their out
of town guests, handling hotel pick ups entertainment, accommodation and
being on hand to supply a Life style Service if required.
Travel Breaks
Arranging shopping trips to New York and Florida, Vacation packages, short
city trips to Europe and City breaks to New York City, which will cover
the flights, accommodation and entertainment. Also arranging Club trips
to Atlanta, LA, and New York City which is a vacation package aimed at
the 21-30’s with disposable income who enjoys clubbing and wants
to experience clubbing in other cities while enjoying the VIP treatment.
Bespoke Events
The Vivid Occasions Team on a regular basis produce bespoke events
for the public enjoyment ranging from charity events to masked balls.
